National; April, 2015:Kirloskar Brothers Limited, the global fluid management company, was the Platinum Sponsor for the third edition of The India Water Week, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India, in New Delhi. The theme of the expo was “Water Management for Sustainable Development”, and it was also focused on River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.Sushri Uma Bharti, the Union Minister for Water Resources, River efficient air conditioning and more. Even at times when energy supply is unstable, there will be a stable power supply for hospital operations. The aim is to reduce the amount of energy used by managing and controlling energy throughout the entire hospital. (2) “Build a data center with superior energy-saving performance” AIIMS foresees that the amount of healthcare data it accumulates will swell to burgeoning proportions going forward. The demonstration project will efficiently use and manage this immense amount of data by installing a storage server and IT system equipped with Hitachi's energy-saving technologies and solutions. At the same time, it will demonstrate any effective savings in the amount of energy consumed by IT systems. Moreover, by introducing a digital healthcare data management system will also support enhanced hospital and diagnostic efficiency. (3) “Maximize Energy Savings through Optimal Operation of Utility Facilities” With the aim of optimal operation of utility facilities, the hospital operations database derived from the hospital's IT systems will be connected to an energy management system to enable forecasts of the hospital's estimated daily energy use, based on accumulated data and the state of hospital operations. Optimizing operation of facilities will maximize energy savings. Through the Social Innovation Business which includes the solutions targeting the healthcare industry as well as integrating cutting-edge IT and infrastructure technologies, Hitachi will contribute to the medium- and long- term development of India society. Development and Ganga Rejuvenation inaugurated the exhibition. The India Water Week – 2015 is a comprehensive conference and exhibition on solutions, services and technologies available for improvement of Water Management in all spheres of water usage. Through the Expo, the exhibitors are getting an opportunity to showcase their offerings to the high-level professional audience from across the country as well from all the other parts of the world. The Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) stall at the expo was inaugurated by Mr R. SundarRajan – Vice President, Engineering, Siemens Limited. KBL launched its innovative Submersible Sewage Pump at the expo. The KBL stall recorded good interests from the visitors most were keen to understand how the KBL products can help them manage their water resources better. Commenting at the occasion, Mr. Rajan said: “I am extremely delighted that as manufacturers, Kirloskar Brothers Limited has taken into consideration the customers' feedback to design thisi-NS pump, which has unique features for improved reliability &performance. The innovative design of iCP Pump, which is a zero leakage pump without mechanical seal and gland packing, would be useful for DM water application in power plants.” The HonourableMinister of Water Resources and River Development, along with Mr.A. B. Pandya, Chairman Central Water Commission (CWC), visited the KBL stall and keenly observed the new and sustainable products on the display. The Minister was delighted to know that the Kirloskar Pumps are being used to supply water from the Narmada River to Bhopal. Mr. SundarRajan&his teamtook keen interest in understanding the features introduced in KBL's Lowest Life Cycle Cost (LLC) range of Horizontal Split Casing and Vertical Turbine pumps for sustaining pump efficiency with respect to conventional Horizontal Split Case and Vertical Turbine pumps.
