Product Details :
We manufacture Bag Filters (Mikro Pulsaire) which are fully automatic, self-cleaners, highly-efficient dust collectors without internal moving parts. The cleaning sequence is automatically controlled by an electronic control instrument (Mikro Timer), diaphragm valves and solenoid valves that are fitted to each blow tube. Further, our gas distributors serving as wear protection, causing uniform gas flow to the filter bags. Process: * The dust laden air or gas flows from the outside to the inside of the filter bags, which are slipped over bag retainers and fastened to the tube sheet by means of bayonet ring and venturing * The dust collects on the outside of the filter bag, while the clean air passes through the filter media into the inside of the bag and leaves the filter through the outlet nozzle * Cleaning of filter bags is accomplished by very short compressed air jets coming from the nozzles of the blow tubes, which are mounted above the filter bags * During the injection of compressed air into the ventures, extra air is added using the jet pump principle * Relaxation occurring when the cleaning air leaves the venturing tube produces a pressure wave that continues over the whole filter bag area * This flexes the filter bags. The accumulated dust is thrown off into the hopper and from there discharged through the discharging device * The raw gas inlet of Mikro Pulsaire dust collectors, both in rectangular and cylindrical shape are arranged according to the characteristics of the dust to be collected. * For heavy dusts, or those that agglomerate, the raw gas inlet is in the hopper. * For abrasive dusts and high product loads, specially developed dif-fusers may be installed as gas distributors and to afford wear protection * Only the finer particles reach the filter bags and form agglomerates, which are discharged despite the reverse gas flow * For light non-agglomerating and very fine dusts, the raw gas inlet is below the tube sheet or from above through the tube sheet into an area free of filter bags * The product particles to be collected are directed towards the product discharge in parallel with the gas flow * With the parallel-flow principle, higher filtration rates with constant cleaning efficiency and pressure drop can be achieved
